Expert for TAM software development and support: Rui Zhang

Zhang Rui, Director of CSM's Data Processing Department has been working on TAM services since 1991 and has 15 years' experience in rating data processing. He joined CSM in 1996 and is in charge of data processing and rating report production. He is highly familiar with every step of diary measurement and data processing. In 1998, when CSM was preparing to launch PeopleMeter (PM) measurement, Zhang Rui went to TNS headquarters to receive the comprehensive and systematic training for PM measurement. Thereafter, he drove the creation CSM's first PM panel and built up the processing system for PM data.

Zhang Rui has accumulated abundant and truly unparalleled experience in data processing and software development, and has an extensive understanding of rating data measurement. His software developments include; data entering software, data cleaning/weighting software, rating statistics and analysis software, rating warning systems and report production systems. He also participated in the testing task for the rating analysis software – Infosys TV and established the flow for Infosys TV data processing.
