Expert for full-process quality control and management: Aijun Ding

Dingaijun, born in 1971, graduated from HUAZHONG University of Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree in technology studies in 1993. He has worked in the quality control management field for many years and is also the certificated auditor of the ISO9000 quality management standard at CSM.

Mr. Ding joined CSM in June, 1998. He acts as the vice director of the quality department and is in charge of CSM's quality control procedures. Since he joined CSM, he has combined mature methods of quality management with the rules of the research industry to direct everyday quality control activity. He has also built the entire quality management system which enabled CSM to be the first enterprise to gain this demanding international certificate in the Chinese research industry.

He has a strong theoretical grounding and much experience in market research quality management. His duties include: quality control process analysis in TV rating research, the analysis of the advantage of the PeopleMeter methodology from coincidental study surveys and much more.
