RAM
Radio Ratings refers to the percentage of the number of the audience listening to a program (or a frequency) within a duration out of total audience being interviewed. Radio Audience Measurement is a measurement of the audience's real-time listening behavior. Similar to TV ratings, CSM's radio ratings are also "THE Currency" in China's radio operation and management. This data is a necessity for the development of the radio broadcasting industry.
As the leading provider in radio audience measurement, CSM began its pioneering role by testing radio audience measurement in China in 2000. In 2002, CSM began to conduct routine radio audience measurement at intervals in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and expanded to another 33 main cities in 2009. The service covers over 9,900 households, representing about 73 million listeners aged 10 and over. Besides continuous expansion of RAM services CSM began to conduct uninterrupted radio audience measurementin Beijing, changchun, Chengdu, Chongqing, Changzhou, Guangzhou, Harbin, Hangzhou, Jinan, Nanjing, Nanning, Ningbo, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Shenyang,
