Software Installation and Maintenance

All clients with long term data and software contracts (including one-year contracts) will be given the rating analysis software – InfoSys TV. At present, this software is already broadly operational throughout 20 countries worldwide. Within China well over 100 TV stations, radio stations and domestic/international advertising agencies are using InfoSys TV. CSM's client service executives provide clients with a comprehensive set of services including software installation and operational training, and help clients to effectively utilize the software in the shortest time possible.

Rating Data Providing

InfoSys TV allows clients access to the viewing situation of all monitored channels in the local TV market. Clients simply run FTPload, a convenient and efficient data download program on a regular basis and the rating data is ready for installation in their office. At present, the regular providing time for daily PeopleMeter rating data is the next morning, and for diary rating data is each week on Thursday afternoon.

Rating report delivery

All our TV station clients will be presented a rating report besides receiving the software and data from CSM. Clients can freely select 8 channels which they would like to focus on in their target market. With the rating report the client will have a clear understanding of each channels' performance every 15 minutes per day. Client service executives will deliver these reports to TV station clients through fax, email.

Regular Training and Technique Support

In addition to receiving daily and weekly rating data from CSM, all clients will receive relevant professional training from client service executives continuously. From the operation and application of software, from the rating survey flow to a glossary of industry terms, from one-to-one training to training for all media professionals who are concerned about ratings, we will arrange and complete the training based on our clients' needs, so as to help them better understand and utilize rating research.
